The objectives of ProMind Research Academy are designed to support institutes in enhancing their research output, fostering innovation, and achieving excellence in academic endeavors. Here's how we aim to accomplish these objectives:

• Increasing Scopus/Web of Science Publications: We provide comprehensive in-house training sessions for both teachers and students, covering topics such as paper writing, journal selection, indexing, and plagiarism issues. Through these sessions, we equip faculty and students with the necessary skills and knowledge to publish high-quality research papers. Additionally, we offer suggestions and continuous monitoring to strengthen individual research papers, ensuring they meet the standards required for publication in prestigious journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science.
• Concentrating on Institute R&D Funded Projects: ProMind offers tailored in-house training sessions for teachers focusing on various aspects of R&D project management, including proposal writing and correction. By providing continuous monitoring of institute research activities, we ensure that R&D projects are effectively managed and executed, leading to successful outcomes and impactful contributions to the field.
• Developing/Working in Line with Institute Strategic Plan: We collaborate closely with institutes to develop and align research activities with their strategic plans. Through progress monitoring and evaluation, we help institutes track their research goals and make informed decisions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Assisting NBA/NAAC Research Related Activities: ProMind provides support to institutes in preparing for NBA/NAAC assessments, including the preparation of Self-Assessment Reports (SAR) and conducting mock audits. By guiding institutes through these activities, we help them demonstrate compliance with accreditation standards and showcase their research excellence.
• Assisting to Increase Good NIRF Ranking: We offer analysis and strategic planning to improve institutes' NIRF rankings. By identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans for the future, we assist institutes in enhancing their visibility and reputation in the academic community.
